At Buddhadasa Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds.
You may return physical books within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the books are in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.
If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
We cannot accept returns on books that have been opened, read, marked, or damaged after delivery. Special order books are non-returnable unless defective.
You may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
If you are not satisfied with your consultation service, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to address your concerns or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
